A tax-compliant driving log must be maintained promptly and completely, i.e. without gaps. For business trips, this also includes stating the purpose of the trip and the business partner. Please also note the information in the disclaimer.

The tax office requires that an electronic driving log either prevents subsequent changes or logs them in a traceable manner. When you modify a driving log entry, the original entry is marked as "Cancelled" and displayed accordingly in the PDF export. For project-based reports, you can disable the display of cancellation entries in the corresponding report template.

Tags allow you to assign trips and expenses to different projects and categories. For example, you can create a tag "Project1" or "Traffic Jam" and assign these tags accordingly. Using filter templates, you can later select trips and expenses based on tags and export them as a report.

The average consumption can only be calculated when you have filled up your vehicle completely. When filling up for the first time, no average consumption can be calculated yet.

You can change the current vehicle by tapping on the license plate in the navigation bar.

If you haven't recorded a trip yet or want to create a recording gap, tap on the odometer reading, starting location or driver before starting a trip to adjust them. Please remember that a tax-compliant driving log must be maintained without gaps. You can also manually add a trip that was not recorded.

The web app is the browser-based companion to the mobile app. You can use it to manage your vehicles, trips, expenses and reports conveniently from your computer — no installation needed, directly at connect.driverslogpro.com.

Go to connect.driverslogpro.com and create an account or log in with your existing credentials. Your data is automatically synced between the mobile app and the web app.

A workspace allows you to manage a separate fleet with its own vehicles, team members, licenses and settings. Each user automatically receives a workspace upon registration. You can switch between workspaces at any time.

The web app provides a fleet overview with dashboard, trip management, expense tracking, report generation, vehicle management, and team and workspace settings. Trips are still recorded via the mobile app.

Yes, all data is synced via your account. Trips, expenses and settings that you capture in the mobile app are automatically available in the web app — and vice versa.

Yes, via the web app you can invite team members to your workspace, assign roles and manage the vehicle fleet together.
